These terms govern every purchase made through vyra.bio. By placing an order you agree to them, to the research-use disclaimer, and to the privacy policy.
1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or animal consumption. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and have not been approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for therapeutic use. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified researcher, or are acquiring products on behalf of one. Your acceptance of the disclaimer is recorded against each order.
2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
- · Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order.
- · Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only. The coin amount is fixed when the invoice is issued and the invoice is valid for 60 minutes.
- · An order is accepted when the payment reaches the required network confirmations. Until then no contract of sale exists and we may cancel the order.
- · Underpaid invoices are held until settled; overpayments are refunded on request less network fees. Funds sent to an expired invoice are returned on request less network fees.
- · Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network.
3. SHIPPING AND RISK
Shipping terms, restrictions, and the lost-or-damaged policy are set out on the Shipping page and form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that import and possession of the ordered compounds is lawful at the destination.
4. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Because products are temperature-sensitive reference materials, opened or shipped goods cannot be returned. Products that arrive damaged, or that fail to match the published certificate of analysis for their lot, are replaced or refunded on a verified claim submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
5. QUALITY AND WARRANTY
Each lot is analysed by HPLC and mass spectrometry and the certificate of analysis is published in the COA archive. We warrant that products conform to that certificate at the time of dispatch. No other warranty, express or implied, is given, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of products contrary to the research-use disclaimer.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND REFUSAL
We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe the products will be used other than for research, where the destination is restricted, or where a payment cannot be verified.
8. CHANGES
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published at the time an order is placed, identified by the date at the top of this page.
