RATE

Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order, regardless of item count or weight. The charge is shown as a separate line on the invoice before you select a payment coin.

WHEN ORDERS SHIP

• · Orders are paid in cryptocurrency. Nothing is picked or packed until the order shows as paid. That status comes from the payment gateway, which watches the chain and tells us when it considers the payment settled; how many network confirmations that takes is the gateway's policy for the coin, not a threshold this store applies itself.
• · Invoices expire 60 minutes after they are created. If the payment arrives after expiry, contact support with the order ID before resending.
• · Underpaid invoices are held as underpaid and do not ship until the balance is settled.
• · Paid orders are typically dispatched within a few business days. Thermolabile compounds ship with phase-change packs and are held for early-week dispatch when needed to avoid weekend transit.

PACKAGING

Parcels are plain and unbranded. The outer label carries only the information the carrier requires. Vials are individually sealed and cushioned; a packing slip listing product, lot, and quantity is enclosed inside.

TRACKING

When an order is marked shipped, the carrier and tracking number are recorded on the order and are visible on the order status page linked from your confirmation (/checkout/<order id>). Keep that link: it is the only way to look up an order, since customer accounts are not yet available.

LOST OR DAMAGED

• · If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after dispatch, contact support with the order ID and we will open a trace with the carrier and reship or refund at our discretion.
• · Report damaged or leaking vials within 48 hours of the delivery scan, with photographs of the outer box, the inner packaging, and the affected vial label. Verified damage claims are replaced.
• · Parcels marked delivered by the carrier to the address supplied at checkout are considered delivered. Check the address carefully before paying; it cannot be changed once the invoice is issued.

RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to jurisdictions where import or possession of the ordered compounds is prohibited, nor to freight forwarders or addresses we cannot verify. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that receipt of research compounds is lawful at the destination. Orders that cannot be shipped are cancelled and refunded to the sending wallet, less network fees.
